Biography
I had joined Puducherry Government service as Staff Nurse in the year 1991 at the age of 21, after completing my DGNM in the year 1990 and worked for9 years. I worked as Tutor in the Govt. School of Nursing for four years. Subsequently when the Mother Theresa institute was formed, I joined the institute on deputation. After my master degree ,Acknowledging my good works I was absorbed as Lecturer in Nursing/ Principal nursing officer in the year 2007. Considering my quest for excellence in education I was offered to take charge of the School Of Nursing. I was instrumental in establishing ANM courses at Karaikal, Mahe and Yanam. Since then I have successfully managed to established GNM courses at Puducherry,Karaikal and Yanam. I am presently working as Chief Nursingofficer/Associateprofessor been handling classes for M.Sc,B.Sc,PCB.Sc(N)
